Nop, your game installation is in another place. Generally in C:\Program Files\EA Games, unless you change the installation place.
The folder that I mention is another one that normally contains uptades/config among other things.
In this url C:\Users\[your user]\AppData\Local is never the installation of the game no matter what game or platform we talk about.
