Fix for EA Javelin Anticheat Error #4: C0000210 & Error (7)(2)

C:\Program Files\EA\AC\Javelin.exe
Open the Start menu
Type: Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
On the left, select: Outbound Rules
On the right, select: New Rule…
A list will appear; select: Program
Click: Next
In the This program path field, enter the following path:
C:\Program Files\EA\AC\Javelin.exe
Click Next
Select: Block the connection
Click Next
Leave the three options (Domain – Private – Public) as they are and checked
Click Next
In the Name field, enter any name you like, for example:
Block Javelin.exe
Click Finish

After that, you can remove the block, and hopefully, it will solve the error shown in the image.
