(Fixed! Solution added!)-DUALSHOCK®4 Input Problem – Menu Skips

Hi, just bought the game, and immediately get a issue with my controllers (i have 4, i did tried them all, other game works fine)
There’s an urgent issue with my DUALSHOCK®4 Wireless Controller. The directional buttons (up, down, left, and right) and as well the joystick itself too, are not functioning normally—they skip over menu options instead of moving one step at a time. I’ve attached a video demonstrating the problem.
Please assist in resolving this.
