Formal Complaint Regarding Severe Performance Issues in FC26 (PC Version)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of FC26 on PC. Unfortunately, the game is in an unacceptable technical condition, and despite updates and ongoing promises, the core issues remain unresolved.

Since launch, the game has been affected by severe input delay, controller latency, and constant lag, making it nearly unplayable. These issues persist across all game modes, regardless of graphic settings, system specifications, or connection quality. It is extremely disappointing that a title released under the EA Sports FC franchise continues to suffer from such fundamental problems, especially when players invest both time and money into the game.

Moreover, the lack of an effective fix so far raises serious concerns regarding the quality control and post-release support for the PC version. Many users, myself included, have reported identical issues, yet the situation has not improved.

I kindly request:

1. A clear technical explanation regarding the cause of the controller delay and in-game lag.

2. Immediate corrective action from your development team to address these performance issues.

I look forward to a prompt and professional response. Please treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves, as the current gameplay experience is far below acceptable standards for a premium title.
