Foundation Rewards EVO not showing

Used the remove EVOs on a player that had the Intro to Rewards EVO by accident, and now it doesn't show up in the rewards menu no matter how many matches I play or how many times I restart the game. So I can't access the transfer market.

Already completed the "Play 3 Rush Matches" quest.
