fps drop in inline games since the beggining of the game

Every time I join an online match in Ultimate Team, my game drops to 8-12 fps, and the menu also runs at that refresh rate. It's been like this since the game launched and there is still no solution. I bought the Ultimate Edition to play early, and I still can't play. I have a 1650 Super and Intel 10400F, 16GB RAM, and it runs like this on all low graphics settings.
