FPS DROPPING TO 5-10FPS

Hello. 

I've seen some other posts about this issue as well however I've found the replies to seem to sort out my issue so I've decided to make my own post. 
When playing the game I've come into a massive performance issues when loading into games, loading into menus, opening packs, loading player picks etc. 

Rush and game modes seem to settle fine after a around 30 seconds of being sat on 10-20FPS. 

I'm currently playing on Low graphic settings and have used AMD Adrenaline to adjust Vsync settings based of other posts but i've not seemed to fix any issue, happy to include any settings I currently have. 

My laptop specs: 

Windows 11 Pro
32GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT

This is the first time I've played EA FC on the PC, I made the switch as I wanted higher performance and FPS however at the moment I'm more tempted to revert back to XBOX. 

If anyone could point me in the right direction and help me out then I'd greatly appreicate that.
