Fps lag

good morning guys. anyone having the same problem after the last patch? especially PC Players. 

it’s literally unplayable. Fps dropping to 30-40 for no reason and a 2-seconds delay? 

anyone has a solution? i tried every single method but no luck. i checked every single piece of my pc and they are 100% good and okay. what is the solution?
