I recommend performing a clean cleanup of your video drivers in Safe Mode using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). There are many videos online that explain how to do this.

juventusu7000​ EA_Darko​ Okay guys so I've gone through the DDU gpu clean up and i'm sending an updated dxdiag report

Your DxDiag continues to show a number of issues jayniyna​. 

Best thing to do is try a clean install of  your GPU drivers. 

If possible testing the game on Win 10 would be great, 11 has some issues with gaming and 10 is just far more stable.

If the issue is GPU related then it is no harm in speaking with their support to assistance.

EA_Darko​ I did that this morning in safe mode, reinstalled the game and still crashing. Again it's only FC that is freezing/crashing my system. I've updated my GPU drivers plus juventusu7000​ also has those errors but his is working so I'm really confused.

Someone else having those errors doesn't mean anything jayniyna​ as they can cover a number of things.

From everything on your DxDiag you will need to continue to troubleshoot this. It's no harm speaking with your GPU support to see what they can recommend, issues like this can be related to overheating, thermal issues and so on.

EA_Darko​ juventusu7000​ Thank you for trying to help at the very least but nothing is working. My thermals are fine. Had my GPU/CPU fans cleaned not too long ago and reapplied thermal strips. To everyone else experiencing this here and also on steam/epic, I hope you find a solution fr. 

EA_Darko​ he needs to continue troubleshoot? Bro if you drop a game what we’ve paid for we don’t have to do any troubleshooting. Give us option for refund money for your broken game or move your **bleep** and do investigation on your side. It affecting a lot of pc players not just a couple! This is why you loosing players every year. Keep it this way and no one will play your next games anymore.

Issues on the user side cupris111​ related to hardware or system are something that the user needs to troubleshoot.

While it's not ideal, the simple fact is that if there are issues with GPU or software then the user needs to look into it.

cupris111​ There are constant complaints on all forums everywhere on game performance, stability issues etc. My system has no issues, and I repeat no issues whatsoever with any other games that are more demanding than FC 26. It exceeds the recommended system requirements and yet it crashes/freezes my system and not just mine but many other systems. Fc 26 is virtually the same as 25 with near identical requirements so why is that working and 26 isn't. Make it make sense. For you EA_Darko​ to say that it's my system's hardware/software issues is very tone deaf. I have been troubleshooting for over three freaking months now just to get ONE out of many games to work. Abysmal  

Understand jayniyna​ but other games working does not mean anything.

Every time you share a DxDiag there are issues and errors present.

The issues and errors we are seeing are not game related but system and as such this is something that you need to work on from your end.

There is only so much we can do and at this point you will need to address the issues with your GPU support to see what they can recommend.

EA_Darko​ The issues/errors you are referencing were from my GPU being overloaded during heavy rendering in 3d software that caused crashing. I'm using game ready drivers instead of the studio driver.

We don't know that to be the case jayniyna​ and if seeing issues with your GPU then this is something that you need to address.

At this point, from everything you have shared your system is having issues that you need to troubleshoot. I know it is not what you want to hear but you will need to speak with your GPU support for further assistance.
