I can confidently say that this is not a PC or GPU-related issue, as suggested by Drako. This is clearly a game-related problem.
I am experiencing the exact same issue on Xbox Series S, and many other players have reported identical crashes on both Xbox Series S and Series X. I have no issues with any other games—this problem occurs only with FC 26.
I have completed all recommended troubleshooting steps, and none of them resolved the issue. I have also attempted to contact support, but unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response.
For us Xbox players, the game freezes randomly mid-match for about 3–5 seconds, accompanied by a distorted or scratchy sound, and then crashes directly to the dashboard without displaying any error message. The match is then counted as a loss due to disconnection.
At this point, it is difficult to believe that this issue is unknown. Given the number of similar reports, it seems very likely that EA staff, including EA_Darko and others, are aware of the situation. However, the consistent response shifting blame to players’ hardware instead of acknowledging a potential game issue is extremely frustrating.
We are simply asking for transparency and an official acknowledgment of the problem.
