I’ve got the same issue like others in which the game will switch off the console mainly throughout a game but can be menus too and I’ve done 95% of what you’re recommended/ done troubleshooting wise. And I’ve not had any updates or anything from EA
I've also had that a few times. Seriously hope they get it sorted ffs, it’s beyond a joke.
