Frequent disconnection in PC

Every time I try to play, the match runs for about 10 to 20 minutes and then disconnects. Instead of returning me to the main menu, it shows a message that my opponent has forfeited. So, it's not a ...

    Guys the only temporary solution I came across and works for me is to disable cross play.
