Friends list bug

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26.

The “Invite Friend” / EA Social menu opens but instantly closes (crashes immediately). I can briefly see my friends list for a second before it disappears.

I have already tried:

  • Reinstalling the game
  • Repairing game files
  • Restarting my PC
  • Signing out and back into my EA account
  • Disabling overlays (Steam/EA/Discord)
  • Clearing EA App cache
  • Reinstalling EA App

The rest of the game works normally, including online gameplay. The issue is only with the friends/invite menu.

Please check my account EA Social / Friends service and perform a social data reset or account resynchronization if possible.
