Full Lagging and Stuttering Issue FC26

I have this lags and stuttering from day 1, i was frustrated and stopped playing, now i want to play it back since i spend and bought this game. My laptop spec is too high and i have tried alot of fixes from youtube as well. Even my gameplay becomes lag till delays and my controlls works too late. This is really frustrating and i need a solution for this. Atleast try to help me in discord also can. I have the same issue before in FC25 also.
