FUT CHAMPS ENTRY

Dear EA, Yesterday, I redeemed my FUT Champions entry while there were still around 15 hours remaining before the competition ended. However, today I discovered that I am unable to play any matches, and I have not received any rewards either. It seems that my FUT Champions entry was wasted, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue or restoring my entry. Thank you for your time and assistance.
