Unable to connect to the EA servers for 2 weeks

Using your phone as a hotspot to test is a worth trying.

I got the same problem and I can connect to the server by using my phone's hotspot. So what is the problem of that connection problem?

I cannot use my hotspot to connect for the whole day.

If it works with your phone as a hotspot chi33091​ then it means the issue is with your network or ISP so you will need to troubleshoot it and speak with your ISP about it.

I have tried to use hotspot as well, and it works, however i did troubleshoot for so many times, there is no reply for me

Yes I did, unfortunately it still does not work. I am located in Hong Kong and uses no VPN. Could you check on it please. Thanks!

EA_Darko​,  Same here, many players from Hong Kong are unable to connect. This is clearly an issue on EA's end. Just admit it rubbish.
