Fut champs loss
I just played a game of champs and after extra time i won 6-5 however after the game it said "unable to process your request" and then kicked me out of ultimite team after i went back in it gave me the dnf modifier and said i lost

Any disconnection or connection issue before you return to the game menu can result in a loss.
