FUT Online Draft Prize BUG!

I played Draft, won three matches, and lost the fourth.

Then the game crashed and I was kicked out.

After that, I found the prizes and opened them normally. But when I enter the draft again, it tells me that I haven't opened the prizes yet,

 and of course when I continue to open them, the game crashes again and kicks me out. I can't close the open draft and start a new one.
