game crashed when connect to EA Servers

it's does connect for few seconds after that; game crashed with no warning signs pop up, it just crashed (Force Closed). i tried reinstall EA Javelin anti-cheat, update my gpu drivers, disable any overlays (discord, steam, msi afterburner, etc), reinstall the game but still it didn't work the game keep crashed everytime i connect to EA Servers. running fine in offline mode.

yes, im in SEA Server, but my friend can log in on online mode even tho we both came from SEA Server
