Game crashes to black screen only on my account - Has anyone solved this?

Hello, I’m looking for some help with a crashing issue in FC 26. Whenever I try to launch the game, it immediately crashes to a black screen before I can even see the profile selection menu.

I’ve done a few tests to figure out what’s wrong

My account crashes on every PC I try, including other computers.
 
A friend's account works perfectly on my PC, with no issues at all.

The FC 26 Web App also works fine for me.

Based on this, it seems like there is an issue with my specific account data on the server rather than my hardware. Has anyone else experienced this? If you’ve managed to fix it or have any advice, I would really appreciate your help. Thank you so much!
