Game crashes when i go to manager career mode

Hello I am having a problem where whenever i try and play manager career or any career it just crashes automatically and sends me to the ea app i have experienced allot of bugs but I don't know how to get around this one i have tried looking in the files and repairing them and restarting my pc but nothing works for me please help thanks.
