Game crashes when playing offline with my family

Good day

I've had EA Fc26 since release date. I don't play FUT or any other game mode beside kick off with my friends and family. 

We normally create our own teams through club transfers but the game keep crashing when ever we want to play. Why does it do this? Is this feature not allowed in the game? If so, why do you have the transfers option as part of the game?

Outside of this benefit i have use for the game.
