game crashing on statup
when i load the game the splash screen opens like normal then once the actual game load the screen goes black for about 5 seconds and closes. Ive already tride load s of pc troubleshooting things and nothing worked. other games on the same pc and account work but nothing. Ive even tried another account to play fc 26 and it loads fine. Its its obvious that its an account issue. ive spoke to multiple supervisors and the case keeps getting closed with no fix. Ive spoke to Senior Technical Advisor Anuj and Senior Supervisor Gaurav have both said its a profile issue. i only but ea play to play fc 26 but ive only been able to play like 2 days of it becuse of this issue.
If any ea staff need anything more pleas aks i just want it fixed
