Game does not launch after splash screen

Hi

I've purchased and played 60h of the game until December. I have upgraded to win11 and since then, the game is not launching anymore. It takes me back to EA app without any error. 

I have installed, re-installed everything, without any impact. Installed all .NET Frameworks. 

Don't know what else I can do. 

Again, I have installed and re-installed everything. I even downgraded to windows10 (which I had when I purchased the game and it was running), with no effect.

Multiple users are affected.  Please help us understand and solve this issue.
