Game drop frames on cutscenes

i have a 5090 with a 9800x3d, and my game drops insane amount of frames on cutscenes, examples beginning of match, mid match, final whistle and opening packs. Its very annoying to see this crazy stutters. Does anyone have a fix ive tried everything possible

I was facing the same issue and I tried everything on the internet to fix this and nothing worked and now the game won't even launch. This is so bad for PC players. They should maybe stop the PC version if they only care about consoles. All money down the drain.
