Game Freezes constantly

every 5 minutes my game freezes and i have to restart it. it took me nearly an hour to finish a 2 squad sbc becaus it kept freezing and i had to restart, ive tried deleting the game and re-downloading it but its been going on for over a month and its making the game unplayable
