Game just closes / crashing

I am running a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32 GB RAM, with games installed on NVM.2. My GPU is a Nvidia/ RTX Asus 2 fans 3050, which is definitely my weakest spec, sure, but a 1660 is recommended, and it is about 1.5x better than that.
(I am looking to change this early february and maybe it just is 3050 can't run FC)

I do sometimes get this response  (see delete1.png), other times my screen just goes black and turns off. I have not had this issue with games like Cyberpunk 2077 and League of Legends. This is a fairly new system, so havent done insane amounts of testing only other game I think I had issues with was Detroit: Become Human, but not sure if that was me changing too much at once.
I have managed to play a few games before it happens and other times I don't even get pass the point where I select my save.
I have tried with and without overclocking, and my driver is updated to the most recent one, being 591.59, and I have tried running the game on 1080 instead of 1440, and the issue persists. I have steam version and have intergrity check.
