Game lag and quality absolutely poor

so mine is acer nitro 5 Intel Core i5-12450H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU and 16gb RAM;

 when i downloaded this game the day it released' it ran really well with good quality and no lags even on high graphics.... so i thought let me screen record and act as a game youtuber posting career mode contents... then i used GeForce Experience which was build in here.... and it still ran whilst i recorded... but then the geforce didnt allow me to use another webcam so i thought newer version of this nvidia (which is the NVIDIA app) would maybe allow me to configure my camera right... so i updated the geforce to nvidia app; now the lagging started.... i tried OBS to record gameplay and at that time too it started lagging......... i deleted OBS; i keep every settings on low and i am not recording even; it still lags alot and looks really bad.........i even thought maybe the problem is with the NVIDIA APP, so i uninstalled the NVIDIA APP and went back to GeForce Experience; it still isnt working ....... the game that looked good when i first downloaded it and played for a few hours; now on the same acer nitro 5; it looks so bad and is so laggy..... what is the problem?? what should i do now pls help someone

so the screenshot on the left which looks like a VLC recording is the good one where it didnt lag and has good quality even though i am screen recording the game and also recording myself from OBS.... on the right (CHE vs. ARS) is the bad one which is right now. i screenshotted that 1 minute ago; i havent recorded my screen neither have i recorded myself; it still lags and stutters and has the worst quality possible.....

pls i need help
