Game lagging and crashing

Can play squad battles career mode all that stuff but not rivals or frendly 1v1 and I’m also soft banned when I did the sbcs on my Xbox

My internet is good been like this now a few days it’s only on rivals online friendlys stuff like that I’m also soft banned when I did everything on my Xbox😭 but that’s js life lol
