Game lagging and freezing

I’ve checked everything abt my internet and it’s all smooth I even triple checked it but I seem to be crashing and lagging and also freezing so I asked Ai and we ended up talking for about a hour and it came down to my ea sever? But it’s lagging and crashing and freezing and then it speeds up in fast forward to the live part again it’s basically unplayable any help is much appreciated
