Game not optimized on PC

I hope an optimized FC comes out right from the start this year, so you can play VERY smoothly as soon as you log in...

I have a hell of a computer. To put it bluntly, I have an i9 14-series and an RTX 5080... Well, the game doesn't go over 200 FPS, and WATCH OUT, I WISH it were a real 200 fps, IT'S NOT.

The game feels like it's running at 45 fps with stuttering. Why doesn't the game have Nvidia frame generation? For example, among many other things that would be great.

Anyway, I'm writing this thread so that we users can specify which options make the game more stable and smooth, because it clearly isn't.
