GAME PLAY IS LAGGING ALL THE TIME

I've been having a serious problem with FC 26.
Every match starts fine, but after some time-especially in the second half—the game becomes very slow and starts lagging badly.
Sometimes it happens a bit in the first half too, but it's much worse later in the match.
The gameplay freezes for a few seconds, then suddenly speeds up to catch up, which makes it impossible to play properly. This happens in every match | play, and it's really frustrating.
Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible. It's very important since I can't enjoy or complete matches normally because of it.   AND I WANT TO PUT AN VEDIO BUT I CANT UPLOAD
