Game play issue

I’m having a recurring performance issue in EA FC 26 on PC. After alt-tabbing to Discord during a match, the game returns extremely laggy (around 8–10 FPS). The issue does not resolve even if I completely exit the game, shut down my PC, and turn it back on. The problem only goes away temporarily after multiple restarts or random attempts. I’m using an AMD RX 6500 XT. The game runs smoothly until I switch out of it. I’ve tried disabling overlays, changing graphics settings, fullscreen/borderless modes, and other common fixes, but nothing has permanently fixed the issue.
