Game settings all reset whenever I restart the game.

Whenever I restart the game my game settings all revert like I was a new player (camera settings, favourite club, email preferences etc) & it did it last year too, I had 50 files of ‘personal settings’ which isn’t correct so I deleted them all to try fix the problem as Iv seen online but the issue still happens, im on xbox series s please help.
