Game start to lag in career mode

When i load the career mode sometimes it  starts normally but after i play my first game not even complete, it starts to lag like hell in the second half and then continues to lag till and after the menu of career mode till i don't restart the game but after restart it start happening again and i can't even complete one game. I have heard many solutions and i am ready to do it but just not ready to turn off the stranded hair base off. If i do it i really feel like something is missing. This issue is coming it my pc.
