Game won’t load into ultimate team

I can’t load into ultimate team keeps saying “in order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation next work and you must be signed in to EA servers. Es.com/unable-to-connect. Need help not working

    the people is that people at EA simply dont understand. 
    the problem is still ongoing which happen to home server.. EA tested using office server and definitely works. 

    obviously home server and office server is different correct?
