Game won’t start

I can’t launch EA Sports FC 26 on PC. My system is: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit. When I launch, the EA App shows “Preparing game…”, the splash screen appears, the taskbar icon flashes orange briefly, the progress bar lags slightly, and then the game turns black and closes and then the message pops up that i attached.

FC 25 runs perfectly on the same PC/account, and this issue happens on two different PCs. I’ve tried reinstalling the game and Anti-Cheat, clearing cache, updating drivers, disabling overlays, running as admin — nothing works. I’ve only been able to play the game once since it came out on September 19, and since then I still haven’t been able to get into the game.I closed the game to redeem the Ultimate Edition privileges on Steam, and since then I haven’t been able to get into the game.
