Gameplay on pc

My first time playing on pc i used to play on Xbox never had this problem when I switched to pc this year the gameplay is so bad is like lagging all the time but without lagging isnlike my frames are dropping but not dropping idk what to do is really unplayable and my pc is not the best but it is decent so I don't know why I can't play the gameplay is unplayable pls fix the game plus we can't buying your game just to be having all this trouble like paying 70 and 80 euros for this is criminal better fix your game
