Getting kicked out of the game after winning

Dear support team,

I am kindly asking to be compensated for the many times I’ve been kicked out of a game after winning (division's rivals, rush modes in both Ultimate teams and clubs). It is extremely frustrating to win, then get kicked out and being treated as a loss and not receiving the points and rewards I’m supposed to be getting. I am kindly asking to be compensated with the points or packs.

i would appreciated being contacted by customer support for further clarification. 

note: after the game has concluded and before the points calculation, the glitch happens and I get kicked out to the main screen.
