Gliched evo needed to unlock transfer market

My ‘welcome to UT evo’ is completely glitched, I activated it about 3 months ago, but now I got ps+ so I tried completing it but when I checked the player (Anthony Gordon ) I couldn’t see the evo icon, then I tried playing with it to see if it’s progressing but no it’s not, it’s completely glitched, I checked sbc storage . I cant see him anywhere I restarted multiple times I cant see him anywhere and I need it to unlock transfer market, please help.
