Glitching and season pass

So I don’t know where to start but my game is so glitchy that I have to always close and restart. The objective tab just goes blank when I go into it and the season pass keeps saying unavailable. In game my players feel so slow like the run ain’t working I’ve been losing today cause of this I just had to hang my boots. I’ve deleted and reinstalled like 3 times I’ve asked ChatGPT I have done everything but sign out of my ea account cause I’m afraid of what might happen
