Gold Vitinha in TOTY promo pack?

I packed what should be TOTY card, but got given the gold variant. It was from a 83 pack from rewards.

i done what any normal person should do and contact customer service to sort out the issue.

what shocked me from the response was apparently I’ve not got the correct card or get it added to my account is because TOTYs is a limited event

I packed the card 2 days ago and I’m pretty sure that TOTYs is still on. 
why is the EA experience so bad

Where do I start. Monday morning on the 20th I packed gold version Claudia Pina from a SBC pick which I still believed she was TOTY.  I then raised a case with customer service to explain this issue and after several agents they all confirmed my account was eligible for compensation and even gave me clarity that my issue was up for rectification. They told me they were having loads of the same issues from other players and that they were working hard to solve the problem for everyone. I was then told Thursday this week that the issue had been solved and to check again on my account in 24hours and that I shoukd have my TOTY card. They then said if any issues with not being there to contact back again. I then checked today this evening and still nothing. I then got back in contact with another agent to say that it still wasn’t there. They then took my details AGAIN and then decided to tell me that the TOTY for Pina Claudia had ended Sunday at 17:59. I appreciate that this is the case however I’ve been mislead and lied to throughout the week from different agents claiming i was 100% eligible for rectification! If i was told this from the beginning I would have appreciated it and left it there. This is poor customer service and would like to escalate this further as customer service were unhelpful and i do not appreciate being lied too.

I just packed  pedris gold card while the full toty was added to pack. I opened the gold starting XI pack from TOTY Nomminees which says it includes players from the TOTY nominees rated 82 or higher at 22:38pm January 22nd. Ea support tam can you help?

That pack is only gold cards. Max rated player is lower than the TOTY if I remember

Just completed the see you in the bernabau sbc and opened the gold starting 11 pack and packed Endler gold card but it’s toty time and she’s in packs as a toty and I wanted to know if it’s a glitch or is it not in packs rn

This festival served to show the way the company is arrested by players, their community and their subscribers. Several packs were opened, 56+, 86+,87+,88+ and more than 15000 fps, in addition to 300 k of gold in packs in the store. The only letters that came were gold, many Katotos and many Lewas and no Toty. I'm impressed by such a franchise treat your community as stupid, treat your subscribers as trash. What is the purpose of playing a game, doing challenges and asking the company to make a joke at the time of rewards? Playing FC is no longer fun! That expectation of winning a good prize after playing hard disappeared...

What the company doesn't know is that in the face of frustration this only helps coin sellers and cheaters... unfortunately the game is over!

I haven’t opened a TOTY at this time of year in 7 years of playing. And that’s when I started. It ain’t just you with bad pack luck

So? HOW is this a bug?

Every player who opens every pack has the same % of a chance of getting a good or special card. Some get lucky, MOST people don’t!

Stop wasting people’s time with childish, sulky comments because you spent your birthday money on something that hasn’t paid out.

I’m talking about that I don’t get even a special card only regular gold stop answering like you are smart if you don’t understand what I’m talking about so just don’t 

Oh and it definitely isn’t a bug. It annoys me you’ve used that expression.. how/why would it be a bug? Explain it to me like I’m 5.
