I have applied custom setting to medium-high and whenever I again start the game it resets to high and causes lag everytime cuz my pc cannot handle it and sometimes the custom setting dosent even app...

I have checked its all on medium and i havent optimized the game because when i do same problem is there . can you tell me what else to do or what changes in nvidia app should i do
