Graphics issue -washed out - xbox Series x

Xbox series x game pass download. At start of game when the ea logo appears the graphics wash out as though the brightness is maxed out. I have no issue with the xbox main menu or other games. If i pull up the xbox menu it reduces the brightness in fc 26 and i can see some of the graphics and game menu items. When i close that menu and go back into the game everything is washed out and i can’t see what im navigating to.

i was able to play a different version in cloud gaming mode but my bandwidth crashed.

 I’ve reset the xbox. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I’ve changed graphics settings on the xbox and tv. No luck. Any help is appreciated.
