FC26 turns off Xbox Series X when navigating off FC27 purchase splash screen

Xbox Series X turns off every time I load FC26 and press ‘back’ from the EA27 purchase splash screen (choose from Standard or Ultimate editions). Have cleared cache, cleared local profile data, attempted to boot offline, performed hard reset, cleared alternate MAC address, etc. Does not happen with other games and randomly started when in a Clubs game today. 
Appears to be related to Network settings changing to ‘IPv4’ from ‘IPv4 & IPv6’. Have been able to get into some games, but continues to randomly shut down mid-game in Clubs.
