hackers in fut champs

I just finished my last three Fut Champs games and was matched against a hacker three times. They immediately hit pause, and then my whole game freezes, or they immediately hit pause, and then I click continue, and I'm still in the pause menu, but then the game has already started, and I see nothing and can't do anything. Because of this, my rewards are very poor now.
