Hackers? Or just bad luck?

Every time I'm winning 6-0 the game just decides to crash or my screen literally just goes blank (I can still hear game sound and my other tabs are still displaying but the game window is blank). But before it crashes my pings goes up to 1000 in-game. So I'm not entirely sure what's the cause. It gets really frustrating when you're trying to rank up divisions cos every time it happens the game counts as a loss.
