Heartbreaking Bug Streals Icons/Heroes

I'm very sad given that Icons/Heroes disappear if I dare to exit the manager career mode. They expect me to be there 24/7 which I can't do.

It will be a great Christmas present for me from EA not to add anything new but just making sure what has been added stays there.

Please EA support do something so that Icons/Heroes DO NOT disappear if I exit the manager mode. I believe you guys will not leave this matter in the dark. Thank you!!
