HELP with PlayStation 5 disconnections

This is becoming infuriating, I stopped playing for 3 months and nothing has changed. 

The issue is I will get the error message a lot "connecting to ultimate team" when on the SBC menus and it will boot me to the top menu on UT, that is annoying but I can live with it. HOWEVER when it is infuriating is I am playing an online game, mostly in rivals and the game ends and it just disconnects me at the end and boots me to the top menu of the game. Then when I log back into UT I get the disconnection warning. I have made a screen recording as it just happened but my opponent  quit then it booted me and I got  a loss even though I was 5-2 up. 

Any help would be appreciated because if this isn't fixed it will probably be my last FC/Fifa game.
