High ping :(

For about the past two weeks, the game has been running very heavily and my ping has increased significantly. Normally my ping is around 44 ms, but now it fluctuates between 60–80 ms. Please do your job properly so we can get back to playing; we haven’t been able to play properly for two weeks.
